She prides herself on her prompt follow up of all phone calls and to all questions asked. Kelly firmly believes that listening to her buyers and sellers needs, wants and concerns is of foremost importance as is honesty at all times. Kelly is easy-going and tries to make the home buying experience fun and pressure-free for her buyers. She tells them all “you will know when the house is right for you”. Until then, we will continue to look until we find it; no matter how long it takes.
The other most important asset she brings to her buyers and sellers is her 17 years of experience. A Type- A perfectionist, Kelly is extremely focused on details and organization. She strives for total satisfaction with each and every buyer and seller she works with. She always gives one 100% of herself. Her persistence and devotion to going the extra mile make her one of the top producers in the state.
Nothing daunts her. "In the middle of winter I viewed a camp located at the end of a private road. The road was a complete sheet of ice about four inches thick", Kelly recalls. "The road had a steep hill and my car slid to the bottom of the hill and had to be towed out with a tow truck using a very long chain."
Kelly grew up in Poughkeepsie, New York, and currently resides in Williston. She sold her Colchester townhouse and moved into a newly-constructed Colonial. She understands what sellers and buyers go through!
